Site 13 is 12 nm from the inlet at a bearing of 063° from the Bell Buoy. At 12 nm offshore, it is a good place to stop and fish when going to or from the Party Grounds natural reef. Depths at the site are 75-80'.

In May 2002, a deposit of long, hollow concrete utility poles was placed northeast of the car carriers. A second deposit of poles was made a short distance southeast of the first deposit.

On June 17, 2011, a barge load of clean concrete culverts was placed in the north-northwest part of the site, where the depth is 80 ft. The deposit was made from both sides of the barge and is approximately 7 feet high.
